#28 Give blood

I've grown up with an amazing stepdad who gives blood as often as he can so naturally I've always wanted to do the same. But somehow it was never as straightforward as I hoped and all my travels caused me to be denied over and over again in Belgium.  So I thought I'd give it a go in my new home country, Canada. Booked the appointment, got my donor card, completed the questionnaire and that's when it went wrong. Apparently having grown up in Belgium makes my blood highly undesirable for Canadians. Conclusion: denied for life! Wish #28 (kinda) completed... I got the sticker right ;-)
