Deliciously fluffy challah, no pots, whisks or skills needed, a ziplock bag will do. 

Tomato-basil beer bread. Step 1: buy package at fav store. Step 2: add fav beer. 

Zucchini firecracker cornbread. Most work and least bready, but my my, it was good!
